The unique performance characteristics including active micro-porous structure, air purification, moisture vapour transmission, intelligent breathability that neutralises odours and regulates moisture, self-cleaning superhydrophilic surface, thermal insulation, fire resistance tested in accordance with ASTM E84 achieving Class A and EN 13501-1 A2-s1,d0, low-carbon composition, and antimicrobial functionality are direct results of our patented technology and proprietary formulation.
Real Green Certification Must Be Earned, Not Claimed!
Genuine green building products require independent third-party verification at every stage. Raw material traceability. Audited manufacturing processes. A Bureau Veritas verified Environmental Product Declaration. Zero VOC certification. Accredited fire testing. And independent assessment by the Singapore Environment Council for SGLS certification, or meeting BCA's technical requirements for Green Building Products listing. Taka Design MCM eCoverings holds all of the above. Every lab test reports, certificate is independently issued and publicly searchable.
Counterfeit or substitute products claiming to be MCM have not undergone this verification. Their performance claims cannot be validated by any independent certifying body. Architects, developers, and contractors specifying materials for Green Mark or SGBP submissions should verify that any MCM product carries independently issued certifications traceable to an accredited laboratory. If it cannot be verified, it is not genuine.
